I have built custom homes, bought models and leased back, remodeled homes and owned and sold investment properties. I work with buyers/sellers in Sarasota & south. For seller's-I'll assist by determining the most likely sales price based on current market values. Discussing selling points & possible improvements to enhance the value. For buyer's- my internet assistance which will inform & educate you to prepare you for the proper purchase. Upon contract, I'll assist you with inspections, proper representation thru to close.
